What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the company’s various design and branding projects for social media and ads
- Conceptualize, develop and execute original design concepts for our clients in different industries
- Work with the content, marketing and SEO teams in order to prioritize projects and achieve cross-team goals
- Ensure the company’s high standard for purpose-driven design is upheld and effectively communicated in all design materials
- Provide up-to-date recommendations on design trends and ideas where possible
- Manage multiple projects, tasks, and timelines and communicate clearly to all teams
You're right for us if you have
- A Bachelor's/College Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, Marketing, Information Technology, or equivalent
- At least 2-3 years of design working experience in digital marketing, marketing analytics or media advertising in an agency setting
- Proficient experience in graphic design and basic animation
- Knack for keeping up-to-date with current web, ads and social media design trends and techniques
- Familiarity with creating design materials for digital marketing tools and platforms such as Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.
- Demonstrated experience in various industry graphic design and editing programs such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Basic knowledge in Figma is a plus but not required.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
